The ANGLE Approach ANGLE is unique in our ability to develop a new venture from it's earliest stages, often research taken directly from the lab. We seek to rapidly increase the value of the company through the following activities: Licensing the technology Team building Funding Strategy development Establishing Sales and Marketing Licensing the technology We negotiate licensing and option agreements with the individual or institution that owns the key patents and provide the funding to enable the transfer of technology from owner. Team building Initially the company is managed by an ANGLE project team under the guidance of an experienced interim CEO. We expect to transition the company to a permanent management team consisting of experienced technology or life science executives. Funding In the initial stages, we put in place sufficient seed capital to accomplish critical activities. As a new venture matures and hits milestones, we draw upon an extensive network of venture capital investors to provide follow on rounds of financing. Strategy development We actively work to develop commercially viable business model and development plan based on market research and strategy sessions with our team and members of our network. Establishing sales and business development ANGLE looks to obtain near-term sales and marketing validation. We will assist in setting up direct and indirect sales channels by utilizing our network of senior executive contacts in both the US and Europe.
